La Herbolera pays tribute to the women who, in times past, possessed deep knowledge of aromatic and medicinal plants. They were the wise ones—the healers and caretakers of those who suffered ailments.

There was a time when these women were judged and accused of witchcraft simply for their understanding of plants and flowers. Fittingly, many of those same flowers now grow on the estate next to the hotel, and you’ll find their essence reflected in the atmosphere of this room.
