BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Arrival on check-in day from 15:00. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. HOTEL FOR ADULTS ONLY CHECK IN: FROM 15:00 to 21:00 DEPARTURES: ROOMS TO BE VACATED BY 12:00 Restaurant exclusively for hotel guests. Dinner service only. Restaurant bookings must be made before 18:00. The reservation and cancellation conditions described here apply to reservations made directly with the hotel through its own channels (telephone, website, email, etc.). Reservations made through external operators may be subject to their own conditions that are unrelated to the hotel. Reservations are guaranteed until 20:00 on check-in day. After 20:00, if the hotel has not received been contacted by the customer, it will consider the reservation a "no show" and will proceed to cancel it. By making a reservation you automatically accept our cancellations policy.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS GENERAL RATE

A 30% deposit is paid when the reservation is made. For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit WILL BE REFUNDED. For cancellations received from 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit WILNOT BE REFUNDED. For early departures, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to one night in addition to the nights spent in the hotel. In case of ”No Show” the Hotel will consider the reservation as “Cancelled” and will proceed to charge the total amount of the original reservation.

SPECIAL RATES

The hotel reserves the right to set periods or days with rates under special booking and cancellation conditions.

DATE MODIFICATIONS

A confirmed reservation may be modified in date. If the request for modification occurs less than 14 days before the date of arrival of the original reservation, in case of subsequent cancellation, the deposit initially paid will not be refundable. The current rate of the new reserved period will be applicable, as well as the conditions of minimum nights and others.

GROUP BOOKINGS

For bookings of 3 or more rooms, the hotel may ask for a 40% deposit, with different reservation and cancellation conditions.

SMOKE FREE HOTEL

We remind you that according to current legislation, smoking is not allowed in any of the hotel spaces. This limitation includes the terraces and balconies of the rooms. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional charge of 120 € on your bill for special cleaning protocol, which may force us to close the room and not be able to deliver it to the next guest. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces for common use.

Is WiFi available at the Hotel? Is a fee applied or is it free?
WiFi is available at the hotel reception area as well as in the rooms. WiFi service is free; ask the reception desk for the password.
Is the available Parking outdoors or indoors?
The hotel has outdoor Parking for free with limited spaces and a public outdoor parking is located 150 metres away from the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
We regret to inform you that no pets are allowed in this hotel.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
The official hotel check-in time is from 15:00h. Guests must check-out of the rooms before 12:00h.
When do I need to pay for my reservation?
When making the reservation you must pay 30% of the total amount by credit card through secure double authentication payment or by bank transfer. The rest will be paid on the day of departure from the hotel.
What is a Non-Refundable/Refundable Rate?
These are special prices that are paid with a credit card at the time you make the reservation, without any possibility of modification or cancellation. Once the reservation is confirmed, no amount will be reimbursed.
Are HB or FB options available?
Breakfast and half board services are available exclusively for guests staying at the hotel. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant open to the general public. Only for guests staying at the hotel. The carefully prepared breakfast that is served at the table includes fresh and natural products and some of them home-made.
What places of interest can I visit that are located near the hotel?
A few minutes walking distance you can visit the Roman bridge and the old castle ruins as well as the churches of San Pedro and San Salvador; the later of Gothic style architecture with paintings of great value as well as the crypt of Santa Margarita, of Romanesque style architecture. In terms of the natural surroundings, you can visit the Aragon river gorge, the bird observatory and the Natural Reserve of Kaparreta. Likewise, you can walk part of the Historic GR1 Trail as it passes by Gallipienzo and the “Cañada Real de los pastores salacencos” (Path used by local herdsmen).
