A town full of tradition and history, Sada is one of the different towns in the area, making it special. For years it has been visited by thousands of pilgrims from the Way of Saint James as they passed through the town. This town is characterised for its folklore, traditions, festivities, beliefs and gastronomy, something truly iconic about the town, because it is one of the places with the best food and of course, wine.

The first stop for our guests is the Parish Church of San Vicente (16th Century), a true icon of the town due to the many renovations and uses that have been made of it since it was built. In addition to the historic centre that charms any tourist walking through the centre of town and its emblazoned houses, we find the fountain of Sada, with clear water originating from the Barranco de Jautu (a ravine). The flour mill or the hermitage of San Miguel are other places to visit while at Sada.

Another peculiarity that characterises this town neighbour of Gallipienzo is its great food and good wine. At the centre of town we can find several establishments where we can enjoy a good meal and excellent Mountain Wines; fresh and aromatic and with a singular personality.
