Is WiFi available at the Hotel? Is a fee applied or is it free?
WiFi is available at the hotel reception area as well as in the rooms. WiFi service is free; ask the reception desk for the password.
Is the available Parking outdoors or indoors?
The hotel has outdoor Parking for free with limited spaces and a public outdoor parking is located 150 metres away from the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
We regret to inform you that no pets are allowed in this hotel.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
The official hotel check-in time is from 15:00h. Guests must check-out of the rooms before 12:00h.
When do I need to pay for my reservation?
When making the reservation you must pay 30% of the total amount by credit card through secure double authentication payment or by bank transfer. The rest will be paid on the day of departure from the hotel.
What is a Non-Refundable/Refundable Rate?
These are special prices that are paid with a credit card at the time you make the reservation, without any possibility of modification or cancellation. Once the reservation is confirmed, no amount will be reimbursed.
Are HB or FB options available?
Breakfast and half board services are available exclusively for guests staying at the hotel. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant open to the general public. Only for guests staying at the hotel. The carefully prepared breakfast that is served at the table includes fresh and natural products and some of them home-made.
What places of interest can I visit that are located near the hotel?
A few minutes walking distance you can visit the Roman bridge and the old castle ruins as well as the churches of San Pedro and San Salvador; the later of Gothic style architecture with paintings of great value as well as the crypt of Santa Margarita, of Romanesque style architecture. In terms of the natural surroundings, you can visit the Aragon river gorge, the bird observatory and the natural reserve of Kaparreta. Likewise, you can walk part of the Historic GR1 Trail as it passes by Gallipienzo and the “Cañada Real de los pastores salacencos” (Path used by local herdsmen).
